OK Trout...heres one for ya?

I was sitting on my deck in Oscoda the weekend before last, and looked at the bricks on the side of my house and saw a lizard. Kinda blue with a yellow stripe as I recall? It zipped off really quick when I tried to get a closer look. I am familiar with salamanders, which I believe are amphibians, this was definitely a reptile. Are there any lizards indigenous to Michigan and if so what was this?
