Is it still good?

I shot a doe the last couple of days of Muzzleloader and she is still hanging in the garage (waiting for a grinder from santa). being that it has been plenty cold and below freezing, can I still grind this deer and re-freeze it?

The deer is not completely frozen solid, but she is definitely HARD in some spots.

Yup, she's fine. I usually let mine hang with the hide on for at least 7 - 10 days before I butcher. I like the temp to be 35 or below, no higher than 40. If it's a constant 40 during the day, it'll be a bit colder in the garage, I'll let'em hang maybe 4 -5 days at that temp.
