does anyone know where to find this stuff? it makes one of the best pheasant dishes i have ever had (had it on pelee island) i will gladly share the recipe, but if nobody knows where to get the stuff i'm s.o.l.

Noir is French for "Black"
Demi Glace is a reduction of veal or beef stock.
My guess is that what you heard for "Noir" was "Knorr"
