Fishery Biologists

I was just wondering how many of you have been stopped by the biologists when coming off the lake, most notably LSC?

I was just thinking that each of the last two years I've had at least one biologist come up to me to survey what kind of fish were being caught, what size, and if I'd kept any. Unfortunately when I've been asked I didn't have anything to contribute to be measured or recorded. I'm kind of interested in any data they may have collected.

Does anyone know if this data is compiled anywhere and can be viewed by the public?

Been stopped alot by them on LSC, but have no idea where the data goes, or where it could be viewed, but sure would be interested.

I don't think those guys are biologists. They are just workers taking creel census. I'm sure if you call the DNR in Mt. Clemens and ask them about if they share the data they recieve.
