i shot a nice jake this past spring, and am wondering the best way to cook the little beast. no skin was left on him, much easier to skin then pluck. my mom says that oven space will be limited so what about deep frying him, has anyone tried a wild bird in the deep fryer? or what about grilling him, have done a regular turkey like this but will it still turn out the same with the wild bird? or does anyone have any other ideas??
