Is the DNR site down??

Ihave been trying to get on to their site for a few days with no luck. The address I am using is www.DNR.com does any one have a different address that is working??

Friday night I went to Meijer to get my doe permit and apply for my fall turkey permit and was told they couln't do it because the DNR site was down.
