Instead of replying to a few post out there about Venison burger I thought I would just post my own. Until 3 years ago I despised venison burger until someone had me try theres. It was really good but I thought it was missing something so I started messing around with the combination of meat and this is the best recipe out there and I promise you will like it. I now make burgers out of 75% of all deer I get because it is so awesome.
Grind up all the deer meet and then add 5lbs cheapest hamburg you can find. Then Add 2 lbs breakfast pork sausage and 1 or 2 lbs jimmy dean sage sausage, I then add a mixture of preffered seasonings and then mix well until mixture is consistant. I then run everything through grinder again and freeze it in air seeled bags.
