Bobcats???

Can anyone help me find someone to go Bobcat hunting with? I went several years ago....with no luck, but had a great time! The guy I went with before no longer has his dogs. :D

I cant give you a name today but I seem to remember that someone has an ad in the m.u.c.c. mag. michigan out of doors. I will check my old mags and see if I can get you a number.

I have never hunted for Bobcat, although I have came across them on different occaisionswhen I was hunting for something else. I have considered going after them in the future. I realize that my odds would be much higher with dogs, but I have to believe that there are some alternative ways to nab a 'cat? Could somebody who has some firsthand experience give some pointers?

Thanks for the responce's. I checked out the website provided and sent an email for more info....the price is a little high, but maybe thats what it takes.
As for other ways to nab a cat, you can call them in if you have the time.....I have tryed it with no luck.

I shot a bobcat in 97 or 98 with a guy named Kevin Ornatonski. His phone number is (517) 735-2973 (I kept his card). We called one in with an electronic caller. What a great hunt. It took us two days, but it was worth it. The shoulder mount is in my den. I forget what I paid, I think it was around $250.

I am going fishing with a buddy of mine on Sunday. He runs hounds on bear, coyote and bobcat. I'll ask him if he is available this season.
