Alpena hunting lease available

Approxamately 90 beautiful acres including a mix of wetland, open fields, brush and woods. There is a 5+ acre spring fed pond with beaver. Plenty of deer are attracted to our apple trees and pond. Space for camper. Looking for a couple of serious hunters who are interested in good conservation and wildlife management practices. Will work with you to improve habitat, if desired. Are you limiting the hunter numbers on this lease.
Is this lease exclusive to only one group?
Do you plan on hunting the land yourself?

The lease is for one person or group...like three hunters want to lease together. We don't hunt...it would be just the leasees hunting our land. I know the ad for the property lease is very old, but I wanted to contact you regardless. My Father-In-Law and I are looking for property to possibly lease for the 2009 Deer Rifle Season.
