Just found out about a mostly wooded 38 acre parcel that is now available. I haven't actually hunted this ground, I hunt across the street and call toms from there after flydown. A great turkey population and there is also the silver variation around there too although they are mostly hens.
Good deer area as well. This ground is west of Ithaca and is now available for $76,000 with land contract terms available. There is a good possibity that there would be a building site or two back in the field that are surrounded by woods.
