Ok, looks like I will be with Gsepan and Jeff after all..... My buddy called me yesterday and I was going to take him out in my boat, but his wife put a stop to that one this morning  He had a heart attack 2 weeks ago, and she doesnt want him doing anything but laying on the couch.

John is the Guru, I'm just lucky know and then. Pluss John's money tree must be full with all the gas he's using.
I guess I'll have to take back my returnables and put some gas in the boat. I think I have enough cans to make 6 or 7 trips to Canada :tdo12: thats a lot of pop cans ;) or maybe I sould start working more so I would have more money--na.

Yea, yea, yea. I guess when you can't hide your big beautiful boat out on the lake, you have to start lying about your abilities and sending everyone in search of the other Guru.:p

Metro bait, on Jefferson one block south of Metro Parkway, right next to the party store. There is also a new Lakeside on the north side of S River Rd, just past the s curve east of Jefferson, but Lakeside never has any emeralds anymore.

Anybody know what Mackey's on of Anchor Bay Drive has for bait? Looking for the big Emeralds! According to the calander, it's about time to start buying bait by the gallon! Unfortunately, the fish haven't seen the calander. :( :p On another note, I used to get great counts of beautiful Emeralds from Minnick's on the Middle Channel (Harsen's Island), anbody know what they have these days?

So far, no problem. I've been running a timer to the pump, 1 minute on and 1 minute off. Plan to switch to 30 seconds on 3 minutes off (save batteries). We'll know soon. :)

Well, I'm headed to Canada with Jr! Yes I'm a die hard. :p Those tasty buggers have to show up in numbers over there soon. I picked up bait at Metro and it looks pretty good. Report to follow. I just hope that blow we had today didn't dirty everything up over there but I am concerned. We'll see! If it's chocolate milk, I'll see you guys on you guys U.S. side! Good luck everybody!! :)

Shadow, I would be glad to tow you anywhere aournd the lake but there is a substantial perch off load fee at the dock :D .Well I'd settle for a cold beer. I'm cheap and easy.

on the subject a yellow boat called for assistance today (tow). He didn't give a name of his boat and another boat assited him. I was hoping it wasn't yellowbelly. I called shortley after I droped my crew on the dock and called back, but no answer. . If it was a MS person on the lake that needed a tow . I would have cut fishing short and pulled him in

I know a boat named Yellowbelly (Captain Brad). He has twins so if it was him, it might have been a low voltage problem where he couldn't get either of them started. He is pretty much on top of things so I'd be surprised but who knows. I don't think he is a member here though. :(

John we got our minnows at Metor today. NICE .

I don't think it was a big enough blow to do the canadian side bad. and most of the day it was South west. Should still be good along the black forest ect.

Good luck . I'll be out on the american side 1300 unitl dark. I still think the hogs and Walleye will get active the last 2 hrs. before dark! I think they are calling for a nice day
