I passed this article on to my Michigan cohorts involved with remedial action plans covering some of our area of concern lakes. I believe that these same perch diet concerns will also apply to the roundnose goby's diet. The gobies have established themselves as a major forage for the sportfish in our drowned river mouth lakes.
