High mid 70s for opener, think about making some ice.

Looks like a high in the mid 70s for the opener. If you have some extra room in that freezer to make yourself some ice blocks, you might want to do that so you can keep your kill cool until you can drop it off, or butcher it. :)

We're showing high 50's up here in the U.P. for the 10/1 opener, and several days after. Still a ways off, but if the weather patterns keep trending the way the have been for the past several days, and for the next few days, we will have our coldest weather in the past several weeks for the opener....up here in the U.P. Can't wait!

Weather channel says 72 for fri, sat 63, sun 60...

That sure is alot more like huntable weather than the upper 80 deg here in Ga!!:rolleyes:
