Good job Steve:). With all the anti's attacking from all fronts, trapping is the first they thing they go for. I do not trap any more and haven't for years, but it was one of the neatest experiences I ever had in the outdoors. I do a lot of waterfowl hunting now and preditors kill a lot of waterfowl. It's ashame folks that don't have a clue about things butt there ugly face in where it doesn't belong. Trapping has a long heritage in the US and Canada. It made a living for lots of families and help young people get one with nature and keep the numbers in check [ preditors not young people ].... Again Good job Steve.... I hope this takes off like it should.... All hunters and fisherman should pay close attension to this trapping forum, because this is the front that will be attacked first by the anti's.

Amen! I'm getting started trapping this year due to my very unsuccessful mallard nesting effort last year. ALL sportsmen need to back trapping, as like you said, it's under SERIOUS fire and needs the support. When one of our sports goes, the rest are sure to follow...
