just me and the g/f west of Midalnd, day started out very foggy with no wind to speak of. Found a couple new holes, and first cast out with a crawler I hooked a large carp. Didn't boat that one, the girlfriend needs some landing net lessons. ;) Caught about 6 rock bass in the 8-10" range.
Moved on to one of our favorite spots but there were lots of wading fisherman so downstream we went.
Spot #3 brought in 3 two foot plus channel cats on chicken livers, one had really bad mouth damage that had healed so he'd been caught before! Girlfriend caught a nice smallie and a very small walleye (12") or so.
All in all, a nice day.
