We have planted many food plots on our hunting property this year with much sucsess and have sat out watching the critters stroll in for supper many times now. HOWEVER we seem to have gotten a family of woodchucks that are just tearing things up:yikes: . I have looked in the rules and regs books for this year to see if and when they become legal to shoot and cant really find the answer. Nothing that I found is said about them in small game. Are they legal to shoot year round if they are doing or about to do damage? or illegal anytime of the year? Any info would be great thanks.

Like Bob said. No closed season. But you must have a small game license. This is to be able to carry a firearm in the field. Now, if this property is the the property that you live on and farm you will not need the small game license.
