Here's a simple way to serve pheasant that is left over from the grill (or cooked for this recipe.)
Make up a green salad,
Add cube's of smoked cheese,
Add cubes of cold grilled-pheasant meat.
Top with your favorite dressing.
A large plate of this salad served with an ice-cold brew, makes a delicious meal on a hot summer day.
