I bought a new bow the other day. Actually it was used but the guy apparently never used it cause it looks like it just came off the shelf. I checked it out for any flaws or defects and couldn't find any. Haven't had time to shoot it yet as I've been studying my ***** for my series 7 exam. My question is, does anyone have a Reflex Bighorn and do you like it? It is a 2002 if that matters. Just trying to get an idea on what kind of bow it is. Also if anyone has any specs I'd like to see them. I went to Reflex's webpage but they don't make it anymore from what I can tell. I also looked it up online real fast but didn't find much info on it.....I didn't look real hard though. I figured I'd just drop a thread on here.....I've gotten lazy lately!!! Thanks guys!

Reflex is an offshoot of Hoyt. The new ones have tec risers and cam and a half systems. The old ones are very shootable, hard hitting, very durable and ruged bows. Solid quality without a lot of frills.
Speed and specs will depend ont he year...they made them for a while.
Here's a link that'll give you all kinds of answers though....

chuckinduck,
the reflex is a decent bow and it shoots well. i wish i could have gotten with you last weekend.
good luck on the 7 and avoid those double negative questions.
i took mine in southfield and they had three people in each isle. you look to your left then to your right and wonder which one of those guys is going to fail.

Ed,
My brother was the one looking for the PSE. He ended up getting the firestorm, actually I think he said he was gonna shoot it tonight. I wanted to get a brand new bow but I am kinda short on cash flow and taking all these damn tests is getting expensive!

if you can get through the 7 the rest are easy. take the blue sky as soon after the seven as you can and it will be really easy. i had to take life and health and variable contracts also, what a joke. after the six hours of hell that is the 7 the rest seem like a cake walk. plus they cost less. i paid around 125.00 i think just to take the test.
