I see a lot of photo's in the picture section of guy's that must be using the deer camera's and have been thinking about one for a while.
Can anyone tell me what is best, 35mm or digital, infarared, brand or pro's & cons ?
I like the idea of digital as i can see right away what you have rather than waiting for film developing but I want good photo's
Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
Wally

We have the Penn's Woods Digital Scout. We absolutely love it. It has performed very well. We also had a 35mm one (different brand name) but we don't even use it now that we have the digital one.

We first purchased the "Cuddleback" digital camera (can't remember who actually makes it). That one sucked. The pictures were all saved in Bitmap format so they took sooooo much memory to save them. The camera we have now stores them in JPEG and with a 64 MB card, we can store about 140 pictures. Truely a great camera. Little costly though.
