hanging meat in a tree -bag?

I want to hang some meat /fish in some sort of bag to dangling in the air out of bear reach for a scent device? Anyone have a good bag idea who does this.

I don't believe anything man made can be used at or near a bait set-up.

Its illeagal you cannot hang anything.. it must be on the ground with nothing man made.... etc........
