What price range? I have a Trophy Taker Top Pin.

It's the nicest sight I've ever owned. I looked at them all and decided on the Top Pin. I'm beyond happy with it. But it's not cheap. It's rather expensive actually. But the micro adjustments are great. The Copper John Dead Nuts and Extreme Sniper sights came is a very close 2nd and anyone would be happy with them too.

There may be no other archery component where personal preference is more important. Check several out, use your own judgement.

IMHO, there is no better investment for your archery dollar than a measly $3 bag of good ol' Imlay City carrots placed, say, 13 yards upwind of your tree stand. With that combo, who needs a bowsight of any brand and/or type?
Naaaaah, just kidd'n. I owed you one from before ;)
Actually, I couldn't agree more, even for a crossbow hunter like myself, where right and left is not so much of a factor as up and down. Yes, they have profound drop-off at relatively short yardage. Sights are the most important component!
(Pass the carrots, please).

I like the way that top pin looks. I shoot Pollington's red dot system now. This is illegal in some western states so I am looking to put a different sight on my back up bow.
How much do they cost?

They're $90-100 retail. But as soon as you hold one, you can tell it's got quality. I really like the adjustments. You loosen an allen screw, then you can can just turn a pin screw to adjust it as finely up or down or left or right as you want. Then re-tighten the allen screw when set. Very fluid and smooth adjusting. The top pin itself is very bright. Almost too bright for sunny day shooting. But you can put a band over the fibers and it dulls it down to a regular sight, like the other 3 on the sight. At dusk, it's very nice when you pop that band off. Very simple.

i have been shooting a bow vital sight for the last year. micro adjustment and has wrapped fiber optic over glow in the dark tape. all machined bracket and pin guard. i thought about switching to a copper john dead nuts 3 pin, but with bear huntinng next month i decided to stay with the bow vital because it shines just enough to use it in low light situations, like shooting a bear in thick cover.

As far as Best value....I'd have to say the Impact Archery Line.
Their wrapped fiber stuff is the brightest I've seen and they won't break the bank either. Check out the "Hammerhead" and the "Collector" in multi pin models. Hammerhead is a 5 pin, collector is a 3.
For single pin the Cosmic is tough to beat as well.
I do agree that the Vital Bow gear stuff is very nice is well. What kind of price range are they in anyway??

I have the Trophy Ridge Matrix and really enjoy it. Easy to adjust and very bright pins. I also like the Impact sights....extremely bright! I couldn't pass up on the deal I got for the Trophy Ridge though which is why I bought it.

I have the Cosmic single pin and am very happy with it. It's a fantastic hunting sight, but almost too bright for target work or atleast shooting small dots. It's a simple well built sight.

I've really enjoyed my Tru-glo sight. Mid-price range(around $65), with 3 pins, including the top one as a tritium/fiber optic dot. The site is compact, machined aluminum, strong, with vertical and horizontal base adjustments. No frills, bright enough to poach with(not recommending this but it's bright enough to shoot as long as you can legally shoot and see the animal), strong and simple.
