Let's talk about Spine...

So I understand the dowside of being under.

Anyone give a definitive answer with proven facts on the dowside of being OVER spined, other than arrow weight?

Just trouble tuning...with stiff spines you tend to get a kick out away from the bow...and most people to compensate have to move their arrow rests way way out to the left to copmensate...this just makes getting good groups a headache. I myself shoot a stiffer spine...but I like to just so I can shoot a heavier broadhead which makes the spine just perfect.
