I am hooked

Since I landed my first musky last week, I want to land a big one. I caught mine handlining, not the traditional way, but any way does not matter. Anyone want to offer up a spot maybe on St. Clair, the best musky fishery in the world, to a beginner? Gettting a canadian liscense is not an issue, I am getting one any way. I would like someone to show me around St. Clair. I could offer a spring handlining trip in the lower detroit, or a duck hunt, or i don't know what else.

AC, me and Eidt use to go to and around metro beach, and did well. But the best places we caught skis are in Canada. Around Walpole Is., the Hump., and around the thames river. But to tell you the truth, they are everywhere!!!!! 2 years ago, everytime i went bouncin w/ harnesses we would catch one every trip we took. I think the whole musky gig is a great success story for Lac St.Clair, but i just dont like landing them big smelly things, but its all good......

Mushy I sent you a PM a few days ago. Apperently your freind was a good friend of your friends. I DO NOT know st. clair at all. I am looking for someone who would like to take me. I'll trade for a spring walleye trip.

Hey Andy, I saw this post the other day but didn't respond because my schedule is kind of up in the air. I'm planning on taking my boat over the the Central Basin of Erie soon but I'm sure I'll be doing some more Muskie fishing before too long. I'll keep you in mind and when I have an open seat, I'll see if you're available. If you want to try sooner, I'd be happy to give you any info I can provide along with some GPS numbers for areas that usually produce. Let me know!
