Fizzing

Does anyone know where I can get a hypodermic needle for fizzing?..Besides finding one on the streets of Saginaw...Thanks,,Tom

What size needle Tom ? I never done the fizzing thing but standard Hypo needles are a dime a dozen at the pharmacy.

I get mine at the pharmacy...just ask for diabetic syringes, many different sizes.

i use them to shoot air into crawlers to make them float.

Chaos is right, buy them over the counter Tom. Fizzing is when you poke a needle into the bladder of a fish to release air so the fish can swim upright. Have to know what your doing, if you don't your doing more harm than good. End result a good percentage of the time either way is dead fish... Lot of tournament guys do this to try and keep their fish alive for weigh in time.

ahhh!!! gotcha, thanx skeeter.

i went on a saltwater charter in feb. & some fish got the bends from coming up too fast. the first mate did something simular.
