I had Bolodunn and his Father and Father in Law on my boat today. Left Luna Pier at 0600 and started trolling around the "s" bouy. After 3 passes and no fish, we pulled in and headed up North of "E" bouy. There was quite a few working the bouy, and we stayed about 1 mile North of the pack. We ended up with 20 eyes and were headed back in shortley after noon.
Perch and blue/yellow wiggle warts 110 behind the board was our best lure.

The next photo is from Saturday with Virgil, Lindser, and myself.

And the last one was Sunday's trip with a trip I donated to Blissfield High School's after prom party. Kneeling on the left is Jessie Sieler, Blissfield's 160lb wrestling state champ from this season. It was a pleasure having him in the boat, as I coached him during his middle school years.

You must be the man Jay - 3 limits in 3 days. If you guys want to catch fish Captain Jay is the man. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a chartered trip.
I fished with one other guy in the pm (1st time out in my boat) yesterday. We started out at S bouy and caught one 20" on a crawler harness. Moved over to E bouy where we trolled for three hours between 17 and 22 fow with only three more eyes and a sheephead to show. The eyes all came on chrome and blue hot n tots. Marked the most fish in the 18 ft. depths, but they seemed to be scattered.

MSUICEMAN,
I tried calling you several times Monday morning so I could get you over with us, but you never answered. I just figured you were doing better than us, and didn't want to tell us your secret ;)

hehe, I wish! we didn't get out til the afternoon, and then tried northern erie. shouldn't have wasted our time from what i saw, unless we were after some perch. Throwing down a harness lead to instant trash fish. silverbass and sheepies. I figgered if I kept using that program, you would be able to call me lil bo peep, LOL. It was a beautiful day to be out there, great day the fishing was slow. marked all kinds of fish (between perch, sheepies, and silverbass, who knows what else), but couldn't get much going on tots. Maybe we shoulda got 15 dozen crawlers and gave that a whirl. Fishtales had a redeye and bright yellow wart out but all we did was darn near wash the paint off of it. Oh yeah, the floating weeds were atrocious, had to clean weeds almost constantly.
still had a good time, wish we woulda got into some fish, but thats why its fishin sometimes, not catching.

Jethro,
S and E are not on any chart. They are used by the Toledo Beach blow boat association as markers for when they have their races on the weekends.
E and N are out from Bolles, and S is about 2.5 miles south, out from Toledo Beach/Luna Pier.
I have the numbers on my GPS. If I remember when I get home from work in the morning, I'll grab them and put them up for you.

Take care and continued good luck.

Here are the GPS numbers for "s" and "e". I just placed the curser on the marks on my GPS as best I could, so don't expect to drive right to them and hit them, but you should be able to find them when you get close.
"S" N 41 48.026
W 83 21.834
"E" N 41 49.419
W 83 19.966
I hope this helps some of you out a little. I still plan on being out there Saturday and Sunday mornings, so give me a hollar if your in the area.
