This is about as simple as it gets for a really good flavor.
For this recipe you will need:
4 gamehens or an equal amount of other fowl
1/4 lb of butter
1 TBSP seasoned salt (Lawrys works well, or there is a recipe posted some time ago under the "Other" category for making your own.)
Procedures:
Breast the gamehens and lay them out flat on a cooking grate inside a flat baking pan.
Melt the butter and stir in the seasoned salt.
Brush a liberal amount of butter/salt mix onto each hen.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for one hour.
Excellent stuff.
