Finally got out last night with 2 of my boys, fished 5:30-8:00 about 7 miles NE of Luna Pier in 21-22 fow. About 2 miles north of the orange sailboat buoy out from Toledo Beach. Picked up 11 eyes :fish: ranging from 17-25" all but one on the chrome/blue/red lip hot-n-tots 110-120' back off the planer boards. Took the other on dipsy with shrimp spoon (red w/ black dots) 40' back. They were really turning on about the time we had to go in. Finally the water is starting to clear up in MI waters. :)

Good to hear the water is clearing up and the fish are biting. I'm headed over the that side of the state Thursday morning for the weekend.

Man, when my buddy and I headed in around 10 am, I told him we shoulda
been out in the afternoon. I think that cold front we had on Friday slowed
them way down. As the morning wore on, we started seeing a lot of nice
fish suspended about 4' off the bottom. I had this feeling it would turn on
in the evening. Good to hear you did well.
