rod repair

Does anyone know how to replace the eyes on a fishing rod? I have a 10.5 foot steelie noodle that all the glue around the eyes is cracking and they are falling off. I'm wondering if anyone near the Muskegon area does rod repairs?

i'm on the other side of the state, but possibly foxy carps can do it for ya, or at least know of someone that can. I'm not too sure if he does repairs or not. I'm not too familiar with the baitshops over there, but possibly one of them can do that service also.
