I'll give you a 6.5 - that's probally a little better walleye rig than it is bass.

Deputy,
when you start nailing bass with those senkos, you might want to lighten your line. 6 or 8 lb clear monofilament would be a good choice.
since you're a young buck, I'll cut you a little slack, and give you an 8.1 rating on your bassin rig ;)

Almost the same exact thing I used when I was 14 soooo long ago. Ok, only 8 years lol. I use a 6'6" Quantum Lite Rod, Medium action. A Quantum Hypercast reel, HC-2 I think. For line its Berkley Fireline 8lb test.
I give your setup a 10 because its the one I used to use!!!

I don't have pics but I do have info. Have 4 med. hvy. 6ft. spinning rods rigged w/ Okumas, and Diawas. 2 med. hvy. 6'6" baitcasters rigged w/ quantum and pinnacle. Use 10 to 12 pound test minimum Stren. Have around 25 lbs of soft plastics and too much money put into all of it. My ride that gets me to my fishing holes...97 Stratos 201 PEDC w/ 200 Venom. Can't wait for the tournys.

my bass setup is a very specifically scientifically designed walleye-only rod that sometimes must fling a rubber worm :)
