Kalamazoo area fishing

I just moved to Kzoo and was wondering where some good spots are that i can fish from shore? Usually target bass, pike, gills...either fly or spinning.

There are a few spots along the kzoo river... normally you can find some smallmouth, and walleye. There is a city park in Comstock that borders a mile or so of river. I have done alright there for smallmouth in the past.

I know there are a few docks at the parks on Austin Lake, and Long lake also i believe. Don't remember how the fishing was though. Sugarloaf Lake also borders a main road for a mile or two. I have done pretty well fishing alongside the road, normally i have fished that after dark. I believe it borders shaver rd. I could give you a few more spots if you want a few spots to trout fish.
