What kind of rod holders do you guys recommend for muskie trolling (for holding boat rods that can be pretty much rotated 180 degrees up and down is what I'm looking for)? I am looking for ones that come with a rail mount. I was looking at Down-East's products on Cabela's, and none seem to be rail mountable?

Check HERE (http://www.down-east.com/salty_s14.htm) .Saltys are made for heavier fish than the Standard series from Downeast. They are one of the more popular with Muskie fisherman. I don't know where you are located, but Lakeside Fishing carries pretty much the whole line of Saltys.

I have Saltys mounted on my boat. Very good mount.

I wouldn't use anything but saltys

I use saltys for everything except the board rods, and the only reason I dont use them on the board rods is the way I am forced to rig my little tub.
