So what is a Dead Head?

Dead Head probably comes from "dead ahead". A log almost fully submerged with just the head end of it at the surface. Years ago I saw what hitting one of those can do to a boat. A guy came through Beacon Cove almost on plane with a big hole in his boat just at the waterline.

The correct definition of a "Dead Head" is Defined as ' A person that partakes in the Music of the 'Grateful Dead' in which I like to shimmy and shake to. As far as the other definition, I guess you learn somthing everyday. Thanks for the info Ed Micherina   :) :p

Took out four dump truck loads of logs and such. Even found a boat and a pond for someone’s back yard that was about 8 x 8 x 2.
