Correct me if I'm wrong. But didn't God promise he would never destroy the earth again by water? We had rain this afternoon that came down in true biblical perportions. And now I see there are flash flood warnings posted in every county from Gaylord to St. Claire. I had planed to do some whippen on the SCR Wednesday night, but have to believe we'll be right back to a High/Muddy/Debris Filled torrent again by then. Even made a special trip to Franks this morning and picked up some #11 Rapalas that (by the way) are on sale right now. Any eye witness rain/river reports from over that way?

Thanks Notfishing.
I'd sure like to get a recent eyeball river condition report tonight or tomorrow morning from anybody, to make the final decision on Wednesday night.

We didn't get much rain at all over here last night... GR and the areas north had about 3", but we had maybe 1/4 around here. The Saginaw bay got hit pretty good too.
I think that things will be fine around here..Might have to stay away from the feeder creeks to find some clearer water.

Thanks Ed.
Thats good enough for me. Looks like Wednesday is the only day where there isn't a lightning bolt and rain cloud in the forecast picture for the next 6 days. They actually got between 2 and 3 inches of rain in 40 minutes yesterday in Kawkawlin and the same amount in Quanicassee. I live right between both places and we only got about 1/4 inch. But the light shows both East and West were something to see. I will take some pictures on the river Wednesday night and give you all the full skinny Thursday afternoon when I get up.

Walleye Express,
I'm gonna try and get out Wednesday or Thursday night. Have to get out when the opportunity arises. Hope you get your limit. Glad we didn't get all that rain that was forecast for this area. We have had enough already.
