since the weeds are gone we have been catching alot more fish and i dont think they have planted any walleye in the last 6 or 7 years is there a site that tells you when or what they plant in lakes

They haven't planted any walleye (or other fish in Houghton) since prior to the weed kill.

I did pretty well in the channels on crappies this past weekend. I caught around 50 with some of them reaching 15 inches. I also tried some trolling on the lake for walleyes but didnt have any luck other than a bunch of 16-20 inch pike. What are some techniques you guys are using to catch the walleyes?
