I made a batch of this the other night on an experiment, and thought I would share it.

2 cans sweetened condensed milk (we used fat free)
2 one liter bottles of peach carbonated water (the wal-mart brand)
1 package of peach crystal light (I believe I used Wyler's brand)
8 to 16 oz of peaches, shredded (depending on how much fruit you like)

This stuff was AWESOME!!! I used to make a strawberry ice cream that I thought was good, but this blows it away. Very inexpensive, and probably fairly healthy compared to most. Considering the milk was fat free, the "pop" was fat free and calorie free, the crystal light is fat free and calorie free, and the fruit.

Good luck, and let me know if anyone tries it.
