Here's a recipe that will keep your turkey meat moist and (if not overcooked) tender.
For this recipe you will need:
2 Turkey-breast filets
1 TBSP butter - melted
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 thin slices of ham
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
Procedures:
Spray grill with no-stick spray.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place turkey meat on grill and brush with half of the melted butter.
Turn over and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Brush butter on up-side of meat.
Turn over and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until juices run clear.
Brush turkey with Dijon mustard on top side
Place 1/2 of the cheese on top of the turkey.
Place slided ham (Canadian bacon works well also) on top of the cheese.
Grill (covered) about 30 seconds or until the ham is heated through.
Top with remaining cheese and grill until the cheese melst.
To serve, cut turkey pieces with toppings into individual servings.
If desired, garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
This one is very good.
Enjoy
