Saginaw Bay Carp Spawning?

It should be soon, because we try to catch them in the river from time to time and that has been slow because they have moved to the ditches, Plus my brother got his bow all set up to bowfish.

4-30-04 In the augre river all the awy out at the end of the parking area. Also had other bumps from them as i was casting rapallas. It was about 36 " and very very fat.

There are carp in the ditches. In the Saginaw, Bay City area.
