Hi Steve,

this isn't really a problem but I just thought I'd mention it. In the other version of the software you could put a "label" on your link instead of just inserting the address. (You entered your text the way you wanted it to appear and then entered the addresss) It just cleaned things up a little and made the link look a bit better. It still works just as a link but now I haven't been able to figure out how to do it. Is that option gone, or still in the "tweaking" stage ?

No biggie, just an observation.

Tnanks,

John

its still an option john, need to be in advanced, click on the icon that looks like a globe with a chain(link) sorta in front of it. then its the same operating instructions than with the older software. just a different looking button. (same with pictures (new looks like a picture of a mountain)), etc. etc......

Thanks Steve, but I'm not following you. I click on the icon for inserting a link and I just get a windo that says "Hyperlink" In that box is a box for "Type" and then "URL". I can do that and insert a link that works, but I can't figure out how to change the way the link is displayed. I'm not sure what you mean by "need to be in advanced".

in your control panel on the site, when you edit options, at the bottom under miscallaneous options, what message editor interface do you have selected? I got the standard editor, maybe you have something else selected.

Ahhh, that's it. I was using the standard editor. But shortly after the upgrade I switched it to WYSIWYG. That's probably the difference.

Thanks.
