Navigable Streams

I brought up the subject in another post and realized I don't know enough about it. I went searching for information and found this link (http://www.michigan.gov/documents/publicrights_22525_7.htm) and thought that maybe others could use the information. Remember, the link even says it's a guide and not the law. It does mention streams that have been deemed navigable by court process.
