Seems I ended up bookmarking one of my favorite pike de-boning sites. I like this site because it's very simple to understand, with pictures that will take you through the whole process. Not 1 bone in your pike fillets gauranteed. (We'll See). I'm getting ready to put this 30 inch nice male to the test right now.
