This is the marinade that I used on the duck at the outing, it was originally for squirrels, but works on rabbits and goose as well!!!!
1/2 cup Dales sauce.....click to see what it is and looks like http://www.gritlit.com/FoodsD-K/g434.html you can find it by the steak sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
5 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 lb butter, optional
For the duck at the outing, I wrapped it in bacon. But if you are grilling whole breasts or squirrel or rabbit, brush them with the butter while grilling. Grill till just done, dont overdo it!!!!!
By the way, if you dont like duck or goose, you will with this marinade!!!!! Soak overnight.
