I asked my wife for the ingredients for the Tuna Pasta Salad that I brought to the Smelt Dipping Outing April 3rd. Great side dish.
No measurements. Adjust to your own tastes.
Penne Pasta cooked al dente (leave it a little firm but not undercooked), 1 can Tuna with water, squeeze out the water, 1 package imitation crab (flake-not the sticks). Real crab doesn't go well in this recipe. Green onion, Red or Yellow Pepper, Raisins, Salt & Pepper, Miracle Whip and sour cream mixed together, probably 2/3 miracle whip 1/3 sour cream. Not cups, just two parts to one part. Secret ingredients: Cinammon and Nutmeg. Mixed into the recipe and sprinkled on top for effect.
Give this one a try! I have yet to find anyone that didn't like it although some people can do without the raisins.
