What’s it worth?

I have an opportunity to buy a 12’ Mirror Craft with a 9.9 Hp Merc with a trailer. Not sure of the age but about 25 years old. Most on the small stuff has been replaced: Wheels, bearings, gas tank and hose etc. The motor is in great shape also. Low hours. How much is this worth?
