If you mean a guy that usually fishes by the dumping grounds, I think he goes by "Geno". He has a buddy that goes by "Brown Sugar" I believe. But I usually hear these guys on channel 68. Don't know if he talks thru a voice box or has had throut surgery.
Hotwired, I know you must have heard these guys on the radio. Sounds like they are a couple of retired black gentlemen. They're always out there.

Their names are Eddie and Mike and yes they are retired from Ford Motor Co. Mike is on point Eddie had troat surgery about 6 years ago job related .
They have a friend his name is Almo and you put them dudes together and it's all laughs, they hung out at Geno's a little this past season great guys I ran into them a couple of times.
Eddie is Geno cuz his mom was from Italy and thats the story on the ghost of LSC, can't wait to tell them what they started LMAO.
Very good guys and love to fish everywhere anything that swims.

I'm just an old bass angler, but I listen to those guys on the radio sometimes when I'm down on the Delphine and surrounding flats just for the entertainment value.
What I should do is talk on the radio too and ask all you walleye guys to call me whenever the smallies start getting too thick and messing up your walleye fishing. I'll come over and get them out of there.

WALLEYE MIKE, I have heard those guys on the radio just about every day I have been out there. Geno usually only has " just a couple " as he would say.

I first meet them dudes at Ford Motor about 20 years ago I was still in the painters union, man they had some storys to tell.
All three are from are side of the pond and don't let them fool you about their catch cuz if they are quite on the radio that means no fish if they start with the funny's that means fish in the boat .
Eddie's boat has so many coats of paint it may look like wood but in fact it's alum. I'm calling Eddie tonight this is killing me the GHOST man these boys will make sport of this with you'll this soft water season.
