Just got back. Wind was howling, water was filthy. I doubt the water will be any better by the weekend.

I think the Ranger will sit out the mud,I need to get rid of 15 pheasents anyway,to many hens ,not enough roosters,looks like Suzie will work over time,what a dog she is at ten months.

There has been almost no boats on the lake all week long. But a lot of ducks mostly cans, which we find a little weird seeing how over the years we never see them this time of year. As for the perch all the guys that I talked to were only catching dinks off the seawall. There was a guy fishing for bass down on the point and he said that he was doing well.

I hope the DNR rips him a new one.
A written reminder that it is illegal to target a fish out of season even for C&R isn't sufficient.

No not on the sea wall but down at the end of the point, and a little to the right.
