Hey there I am new to this, but I think it is great.
My wife and kids and I all love the outdoors.
We fish camp and snowmobile together, and this year when my oldest daughter turns 12 we will bowhunt together.

I will monitor these forums pretty regularly looking for good places for some family fishing.
I am taking em all to da up for some pike/walleye this spring , cant wait.

Scott,
Welcome to Michigan-Sportsman.com

You've found a real "honey hole" where a wealth of information, skill, knowledge, and friendships are available.

As for "honey holes", especially when it concerns stream fishing, we do not mention them. We also encourage you to take care talking specifics about the smaller rivers in the state.

Visit the forums often and post to your hearts content.

thanks for the welcome guys.
wetnflies I usually fish close to home but have been known to travel on down the detroit river.
I also head up to the onaway area. I mostly stay on inland lakes
This year I hope to spend a lot of time on water!
