Good Idea!

I like the idea of spliting politics into a seperate forums. Then other post in sound offs don't shoot to the bottom real quick.

Only one complaint...

When I type in www.michiganforums.com

it takes me right to sounds off instead off showing all the forums like it use to.

michiganforums.com will become our "branding" of the existing Sound Off forum today. That's why we changed where michiganforums takes you. In the future I see sub-forums under michiganforums.com for the different Michigan sports teams etc.

Great idea.
Being a presidential election year, I have a feeling this will become a very popular forum in the next few months. :)
Everything from the weather to how the fish are biting will undoubtably end up with political overtones.;)
