I have fishing lure called a "Li'l Tubby" . I dont know anything about old baits and would like to identify what I have.
It is about 2" long made of molded plastic with a molded lip with 2 trebles. The unique part is a soft plastic tail that is able to be changed. The color is similiar to a "firetiger" without the black stripes. All paint and the plastic tail are in perfect condition.

I remember that lure from the late 70s through early to mid 80s. I don't remember who made it off the top of my head. Possibly Arbogast.
A lure collector should be able to tell you. An Internet search should find something.

The Sportfish,Boat & Travel show at the Lansing Center, this weekend usually has a booth that deals in antique lures.

I was at the Lansing show all day doing booth work, but I think I saw the antique lure booth in the other room.
I thought about the lure more and I believe it was made by Blakemore.

I was looking on Ebay for some old lures and I ran across a lure I think might be what you have. Does STORM WIGGLE WART-TINY TUBBY help any? Here is a link to what I was looking at I hope it helps.
