Hello Michigan Sportsman,
I'm a new member,a husband,a father of two boys and an avid
sportsman. I'm also turning forty in May. Anyways this looks to
be a great site and I look forward to being a part of it.

Glad to have you aboard alleycat.
I turned forty on 3/4. I was in a serious funk for a few days but I think I've come out of it. It's not all that bad really.
Getting old is tough......
But it's MUCH better than the alternative. :)

Hey Jpollman, it is tough but I guess I can't complain either/life is good. I plan to hunt and fish even more in this second half. Take
care. Happy birthday.

AC,
Welcome to Michigan-Sportsman.com
You've found a real treasure trove of outdoor stuff. Don't sweat the small stuff and turning 40 is certainly "small stuff". You've got a long ways to go on this path and at your age, you're not even half way there.
By the way, May is the greatest month on the calendar in which to have a b-day. May 30th here.
