going to head down with Quack Whacker this friday for a little walleye fishing.... the web site is up and sounds like a few are being caught... not sure what part of the river we are going to fish yet... looking forward to a day of casting before the crowds get there...

Hey Dead Bird,
What "sight" are you talking about. Always looking for more and better info. Thanx-Capnhook

I think he is referring to www.maumeetackle.net. The owner posts an updated fishing report daily during the spawn. I think the reports are pretty accurate.

Orleans and fallentimbers you cant go wroong with. Bring your corkies if you have them the river is very slippery.

Lunker, what part of Toledo do you live? Do you happen to know any spots in Downtown Toledo along the Maumee River to fish?

Rockin I live about 5 minutes away from Netcraft. You can fish off the wall behind the Old Navy Bistro and Toledo Rowing Club , or at least you could. Also the Sport Arena parking lot. Check your regs first I dont know if you can fish at night or not.

I'm not sure where Old Navy Bistro and Toledo Rowing Club are, would they be along Summit? I know the Sports Arena, will have to try the parking lot. Would they still charge me for parking if its not a day of a concert or a Storm game?
